2012 North Country Fair
Wellness Practitioner Application Form
The North Country Fair seeks recognized Wellness Practitioners to offer their services to our patrons at the 32nd Annual North Country Fair taking place June 22- 24 on our land in the Driftpile Valley.
We strive to offer a variety of modalities such as Massage Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Medicine Cards, Accupressure, Thai Massage, Crystal Therapy, etc.

Terms and Conditions
• Size of each Practitioner space is approximately 10'x10'. Oversize will be charged for extra site. Please discuss this with the Coordinator before coming to the Fair

Practitioner space does not include tables, chairs, tents, electrical hook up etc. You are responsible for supplying your own equipment, massage tables, etc. We have one sheltered 10 x 10 area available for a fee. Check with the Wellness Coordinator about this
Camping is offered near the Wellness area. You may use space for one vehicle and/or tent. Additional vehicles must be kept in day parking. Vehicles are not allowed for travel on the site except during set-up and takedown. Cooking is only allowed in the Camping area, not at the Practitioners' tents.
You must be set up before 5:00 PM Friday June 21.
Practitioners must commit to offering their services for a minimum of 16 hours over the weekend, with 4 of those hours being on the Sunday of the Festival.
Practitioner Pass includes camping and admission to the Fair Site for one person only. Additional adults in your party are required to purchase additional passes. Note that admission is free for children 12 Yrs and under .
In addition to the exhibitor fees charged, The North Country Fair collects a commission on sales. We ask for a 5% commission fee on total sales. Commission fees must be paid to the coordinator on Sunday prior to leaving.
Vendor location on The Site is pre-arranged. Do not setup before contacting the Wellness Co-ordinator on site.
Be prepared for any and all weather conditions. Sun, rain, wind, hot or cold.
Dogs are not allowed on the Fair Site so please make arrangements to leave your furry friend at home.
The North Country Fair strives to present the finest in live music. Please! no canned music on site or in the camping area. Ghetto blasters will be melted down to make anti-Karaoke buttons.
Potable water is available on site at public spigots. Food vendors on site cater to a variety of tastes. There is a general store on site that has an ATM.
Applications including fees must be submitted by May 29 to be considered. Fees will be returned if your application is not accepted
Preference is given to happy and friendly people.
